Commercial Terms
Elite-ID Electronic Systems offer commercial terms to customers who;
- Require ongoing purchasing.
- Accept that payment in full is required 30 days from date of invoice.
- Accept that ownership of goods does not pass from Elite-ID Electronic System until full payment is made.
Elite-ID Electronic Systems reserves the right to decline commercial terms at any time.
Payment Options
We gladly accept, company cheques, bank cheques, and prefer direct deposit.
We do not accept payment by Credit Card.

If you do not have an account with Elite-ID Electronic Systems, we will not ship goods until we receive full payment by cheque or a direct bank deposit has been made and confirmed.

| Elite-ID - Our Warranty To You |

Elite-ID Electronic Systems ("Elite-ID") warrants that for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase, that their products will be free of defects in manufacturing and materials. Elite-ID's liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of defective products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
How To Obtain Service Under This Warranty
To obtain free service under this warranty you must deliver your product to Elite-ID. You are responsible for paying shipping costs to and from Elite-ID.
Limit Of Elite-ID Warranty
The Elite-ID warranty provides service carried out at their normal business office during normal business hours and does not extend to service at other locations or out of normal business hours or by other companies or service centres.
Elite-ID do not accept any liability for damages, direct loss, indirect loss, consequential loss or incidental loss, loss of profits or any other loss caused by failure of any Elite-ID product or service and shall not extend to any consequential loss arising from any alleged defect of any product or service. Elite-ID do not warrant that information produced by Elite-ID products and services is free of end user tampering or modification.
Our Legal Disclaimer
This warranty represents the entire warranty between Elite-ID and you. This warranty may not be altered in any way other than in writing by an authorised officer of Elite-ID. This warranty shall be governed by the applicable state and federal laws.
Specific Product Information and Product Exclusions
Elite-ID Electronic Systems ("Elite-ID") reserves the right to make changes without further notice to any products for whatever reason. Elite-ID does not assume any liability arising out of the application or use of any product or service other than specific written and accepted warranties and such liability as the governing laws provide. Elite-ID products are not designed, intended or authorised for use as systems or components in systems intended to support or sustain life or for any other application in which the failure of an Elite-ID product could create a situation where personal injury or death may occur.

Elite-ID do not warrant failures caused by accidental damage or misuse abuse or other unspecified physical damage or through wear and tear.
Elite-ID do not warrant damage to products that have been modified or altered or tampered with or repaired by unauthorised repairers.
Elite-ID do not warrant failures caused to products by contact with liquids, solvents, gasses, moisture or any type of contaminant, any type of electrical or sonic or radio wave or emission or nuclear impulse or surge.
