Sample Elite Reports

Elite Reporter can generate quite a number of detailed reports. Many of our clients ask us "which reports are best?" This is a difficult question - we provide a lot of reports to suit a range of needs.

Please note that all our reports operate within a month - or a portion of a month. You can specify (for most reports) a range within a month. Reports cannot span multiple months. The reason for this is that data is stored "month by month" in separate data files.

Below are a selection of what Elite-ID considers to be the main reports. Sample reports are in PDF format.

Centre Visits

The Centre Visits Report is a tabular report showing every hit recorded for either one or all locations for a centre over a date range within a month. One major feature of this report is that each line gives a total and exact set of information - the date, time, button serial number, minutes since last hit this day and the location description.

This report can generate a large amount of printout pages since each hit is one line and approximately 60 lines fill a page.

The Centre Audit report is extremely valuable for keeping a printed record of where your iButton™ are located - and their serial numbers.

Whilst the report does not show any attendance data - it does show what is installed and where - which can be extremely valuable. .

Location Attendance

The Location Attendance Report is a graphical report that shows all attendances for ONE month for ONE location. The bottom axis line shows time of day - and the vertical axis (across the side) is day of the month.

Each attendance is shown as a dot on the page - so you get a picture of when buttons are being hit.

The value of this is that you can very quickly see "at a glance", what has happened at that location for the month.

Risk Management

One of the biggest problems with (any) reports are that they take time to read and understand. An "in-depth" report like "Centre Visits" is a good example of this. All the data is shown and in such detail that it is difficult get an overall "picture" of your performance. Also, it is difficult to compare performances - on a week by week basis. There is just too much detail in the data.

The "Risk Management" report addresses this problem. It is simple to read and compare to other reports so that measuring and monitoring performance is relatively easily done.

"Risk Management" is a summary and statistical average report. It allows you to calculate some quite useful and relevant averages that are calculated according to your own requirements.

The report shows you each location for a centre, the total number of hits in the selected date range and the average time between hits in the date range. Note that the hits and averages are calculated within the shifts you create.

The average time between hits is an important calculation. It is generated by dividing the hits in the shifts in the date range by the number of minutes in the shifts.

The words "shifts" refers to the "Risk Times" that are you setup in the "Maintain...Risk Times" section where you can nominate when you want to calculate hits and averages for.

The main reason this report is used is to calculate the "Averages". These are used to show a simplified performance measuring figure.

Risk Management Sample Report  - A statistical summary review over a date range.

This report is called a "Risk Management" report because it is most often used by cleaners to gauge how often they attend an area. Since the risk of an accidental slip or trip is proportional to the frequency of cleaning, this report is an indicator of the "Risk" within an area.

Unknown Button

This report is the very best way to help find where a button is located. It does this by looking at the sequence of hits in a wand and showing you which buttons it knows - and those it does not.

For example - if a number of buttons are hit, and one of them is unknown, then a printout of the sequence of hitting buttons will help in actually finding where the physical button is located. This is what this report does.

Unknown Button Sample Report  - Showing a number of known and then an unknown button in sequence.

See more information on the  Unknown Button Report .

Please note that some of these reports use data from Elite-ID's own use of their own products.
